I tried this and would definately recommend Horizon. I will choose another provider but only because their selection of channels are more specific to my region. Streams are nicely indexed into categories and location is CA/USA and UK. Quality is 720p with backup 576p channels. If you are into sports, most channels are 1080p. There is no buffering, no stuttering and none of the 2607 channels were down. Switching between channels is almost like a normal tv subscription. 24h trial is free or 10 dollars a month. No EPG service.
