looks like a recipe for noise. only hook up the cables you are using and don't leave splitters with open ports. always put 75 ohm terminator caps on if you have open ports on the amp. always wrench down connections. don't buy an amp from a third party. there are free comcast approved amps available at the Xfinity store most of the time. also there isn't always a low voltage panel in the house or apartment. sometimes it's located outside on the side of the house.
